This project comprises six new affordable homes on a rural site set within the stunning landscapes of Exmoor National Park, delivered in partnership with Parracombe Community Trust and Hastoe. The development will provide much-needed housing for the local community while responding sensitively to its exceptional surroundings.

The homes are arranged around a shared arrival courtyard and take the form of two barn-like clusters, designed to sit harmoniously within the rolling countryside. We are exploring two complementary material palettes, reflecting the diversity of local materials and responding to the exposed, windswept setting.

The project has received planning approval in principle, with construction anticipated to begin on site in 2026.
