Community Housing, Exmoor

We have been appointed to design 6 new affordable homes on a rural site in the Exmoor National Park. This project, for Parracombe Community Trust and South Devon Rural Housing Association, will help to provide new affordable homes for the local community. The homes are set around a shared arrival courtyard and arranged in two barn like forms. We are exploring the use of two complementary material languages to reflect the diverse range of local materials and in response to the exposed location.

This project is currently in the early design stages and we hope to submit a planning application in autumn of 2022
